This online akoranga [learning] will prepare you for having an effective Success and Development conversation with your rangatira [manager]. It will also step you through the process of developing your plan.
This practical learning is designed to get you thinking about the rangatira [leader] you currently are and any changes you may wish to make by tapping into your personality and values. You’ll then use this information to create your own leadership challenge.
In this short module, the ART of Leadership is explored in different contexts, and we recommend completing 'How We Lead Around Here' before carrying on, because trust us, it'll help!
