Interpersonal Dynamics for Leaders
Ian Brooks’ programme is a mix of theory, personality profiles and group discussions. It’s an in-depth workshop providing powerful feedback on how you show up and why you behave as you do. Participants share their observations of each other through supported feedback, and they begin to gain a more objective picture of their own behaviour and how it impacts others. Participants learn what behaviour makes them most effective as a leader/colleague, and what reactive behaviours unintentionally limit their effectiveness.
