Leading Change
At our organisation, change happens often as we strive to improve our ways of working and service delivery.
Changes happens on two dimensions: the business or project side of change, and the people side of change. Successful change is a result of both happening at the same time.
In this akoranga [learning], we’ll take you through both aspects of the change process. First, you’ll learn about the stages and levels of complexity of business change. Then, you’ll learn how individuals experience change, based on brain science and behavioural psychology.
As a result, you’ll know how to support the tāngata [people] around you. You’ll be ready to navigate the change process, and tautoko [support] and care for your kapa [team] along the way.
