When it's time to begin looking to replace or hire a new tangata [person] it can be quite overwhelming as to what the process is. We have created a robust 9-step-hiring process. This will ensure we meet risk and regulatory requirements. The 9-step hiring process ensures we meet best practice hiring. In this online learning you'll be introduced to the tangata [people] who are able to help you, as a hiring manager throughout the journey.
