Enhancing Leadership Programme

Every interaction by every leader shapes the culture of our organisation.
— Dr. Michael West

If every interaction by every rangatira [leader] shapes the culture of our organisation, then what we need is leadership that’s committed to building a collaborative and enabling culture. This requires leaders to have self-awareness and deep insight into ‘how they show up’.

Effective leadership is a key contributor for cooperative kapa [team] mahi [work], inter-disciplinary collaboration, role clarity, and mutual respect – essential for achieving high functioning teams. In this programme we’ll explore the key elements of leadership and how to leverage your personal leadership characteristics in order to enhance both your kapa [team] and organisational performance.
