We certainly have our share of disruption at the moment! In the coming weeks we will enter the consultation phase for the Health System Reforms and this adds another element of challenge for us and as leaders we play a key role in supporting others who are deeply impacted by organisational changes.

The Leading Through Disruption Seminar provides an interactive, structured and safe opportunity for leaders to come together with peers facing similar experiences. The sessions highlight simple approaches and practices that research and experience show best support leaders and teams to navigate disruption, and to ensure that you know about the supports and services in place for you and your team. There is value in having an intentional leadership style that prioritises specific actions which have been shown to reduce the impacts of disruptive events.
