Leadership Koru Self-Assessment

The Koru Self-Assessment is a free assessment available to all employees. You can use the self-assessment to assess yourself against our Leadership Koru competencies. By completing the self-assessment you’ll understand your leadership strengths and development areas. The assessment will take approximately 30 minutes of your time and is available to everyone.


Deeper Signals

Deeper Signals | Core Drivers Assessment

Deeper Signals is an online personality assessment that provides insight into your personality. Deeper Signals provides self-awareness through insights into your core drivers and associated behaviours, as well as your behaviours in a kapa [team]. 


Hogan

Hogan Assessment | Insights Series

The Insights Series is a psychometric assessment that provides you with strategic self-awareness. The Insights Series provides insight into your common day-to-day behaviour and potential behaviour, under pressure and stress, and how it might come across to others around you. It also covers core values and principles that might drive some of your decision-making. Your feedback report(s) are provided with a 60-minute verbal debrief by an accredited facilitator which focuses on your personal development. The Insights Series is provided by Hogan Assessments and is best suited for senior leaders, new leaders, or leaders transitioning between teams and/or roles.


Winsborough

Leadership Success Profile 360° Feedback

360° Feedback is a process of seeking feedback from a select set of people to tautoko [support] your future development. It helps distinguish between your identity ("what I think of me") and reputation ("what you think of me").  The Leadership Success Profile (LSP) 360° provides an in-depth report alongside a 60-minute verbal debrief by an accredited facilitator which focuses on your personal development. The LSP 360° is based off the State Services Commission LSP which aligns with our Leadership Koru and is provided by Winsborough. This assessment is best suited to senior leaders who are looking to target their development
