Good communication might come naturally to some tāngata [people], but for others, it's a daily challenge to express thoughts and feelings. This can lead to conflict, fundamental errors and a break down in relationships.
Clear communication will help to build trust with others, leading to increased productivity, engagement and enjoyment at mahi [work].
