“Very inspiring – I came away with a clearer vision of my goals, a deeper understanding of self and re-energised. I recognised that this course is just a catalyst for change, the real test is to make it to happen.”
“Huge!! It was an absolutely fantastic week. A massive eye opening to an area which previously was shrouded in mystery. The breaking down into “bitesize chunks” has made it seem achievable.”
“Excellent course, as the leaders said, a smorgasbord. Lots of personal as well as professional challenges issued.”
“The course has a big impact as I developed an understanding of issues that hinder my leadership and how to improve these. Research based was great. I will be gradually implementing plans developed from the course so it has given me a framework to work from, where I have to consider multiple factors before making proposals.”
